About

We are seeking to recruit for the position of a SALARY SURVEY EXPERT who will lead in organising and coordinating Salary Surveys for our clients. Duties and Responsibilities Salary Survey Analysis Coordinate Salary Survey projects Business Development on Salary Survey Finalise Salary Survey Reports Collect Salary and conditions of service details Work with the Finance in ensuring that relevant financial data is presented Partner with the Finance in the implementation of effective internal controls Prepare and submit an annual operational budget, manage effectively within this budget, and report accurately on progress made and challenges encountered. Oversee the drafting of letters of agreement, contracts and other legal documents and agreements to ensure safe risk environment To provide guidance and leadership in Salary Survey reporting and monitoring process Collect, review and analyse Salary Survey information on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Ensures that the Salary Survey system is fully developed are maintained, updated and comply with all relevant resource management policies and timelines; Qualifications and Core Competencies Required Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related field Knowledge and Experience required: At least 2-5 years’ experience in remuneration, Reward and Surveys, Salary Survey environment Experience in Analystics is an added advantage Required Skills Ability to analyze figures, numbers and problems and strategize for better solutions, Ability to negotiate, establish, and administer contracts, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently, Accurate and precise attention to detail, Ability to work well with management and staff at all levels, Goal-oriented, organized team player Strong communication in the English language is required Competences Flexible, dynamic and accommodating to ensure clients receive consistent standards of service, Client/customer focused, maintain a professional demeanor at all times, focused on continuous process improvements, Collaborative nature of working across different teams Ability to effectively priorities and plan work May on occasions be required to work beyond normal office hours and will be dependent upon the relevant project priorities.
